We’re a family-owned cleaning company with over 15 years of combined experience across multiple generations. Though officially founded in 2024, our roots in Central Oregon run deep. Our family has called Bend home since the late 1980s, back when the town had fewer than 20,000 residents. Having watched the community grow, we came together to provide reliable cleaning services that meet the everyday needs of local families, businesses, and property owners.

Today, we focus on delivering consistent, detail-oriented cleaning with clear communication and dependable scheduling. From routine residential maintenance to deep cleans, move-ins and move-outs, vacation rental turnovers, and commercial spaces, our goal is simple: make every space feel refreshed, cared for, and ready to use. We take pride in being approachable, flexible, and easy to work with, offering straightforward pricing, responsive service, and a team that treats your home or business with the same care we would our own.

We provide cleaning services throughout Central Oregon, including Bend, Redmond, Sunriver, Sisters, and Tumalo.

What are your hours and how can I contact you?

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is based on an hourly rate per cleaner. The total cost depends on both the number of cleaners and the total time scheduled. Time is allocated efficiently so the workload is balanced, meaning the same total labor is delivered whether it’s one cleaner for two hours or two cleaners for one hour.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Accepted Answer

No, you do not need to be present as long as we have arranged access ahead of time through a key, code, or other entry method. We also require that invoicing and billing contact details are confirmed prior to service.

How should I prepare for my cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Please ensure any pets are secured in a safe area and that all spaces scheduled for cleaning are accessible. For move-in/move-out or construction cleans, access to running water is required.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all of our cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment. If you have preferred cleaning products, please include that information in your booking. We are also happy to use your supplies upon request.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may incur a $25 fee. Move-in/move-out cleanings have a $50 cancellation fee. Vacation rental cleanings are not subject to cancellation fees. Your first late cancellation is waived as a courtesy, but repeated late cancellations may result in discontinuation of service.
